Ontario Centres of Excellence hosts forum on future of aerospace in Ontario

Ontario Centres of Excellence, in conjunction with the Ontario Aerospace Council and the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada, will host a forum on growing Ontario’s aerospace sector. 
The event will bring together key players including industry, academic and government partners for a discussion on research and development challenges and opportunities within the sector and plot a roadmap for success. 
The session falls under the umbrella of the Ontario’s Voucher for Industry Association R&D Challenge (VIA) and will inform the expressions of interest proposal call for industry-academic collaborations that will address challenges leading to increased productivity with significant economic impact for Ontario (jobs, revenues etc.) and program partners. It is the first VIA to be awarded as part of Ontario’s new Collaboration Voucher Program.
