Sunwing Airlines enhances its Elite Plus Service with the introduction of priority baggage handling to its already impressive list of inclusions.
Now passengers who upgrade to Elite Plus can travel with ease as their luggage will be the first to be available for pick-up upon arriving in their destination and returning to Canada.
Sunwing Airlines practices the highest of standards in their baggage handling program and follows a very precise process to ensure every passenger’s luggage is offloaded with care and according to specific time requirements. By regularly monitoring baggage handling time and performance, the airline continues to provide passengers excellent service, leaving a positive and lasting impression.

In an effort to take that type of care to the next level, we have introduced priority baggage handling to our Elite Plus passengers. Sunwing Airlines offers award-winning “Champagne Service” whereby all passengers receive Elite service at no additional cost. All passengers receive hot towel service, a choice of hot meals at lunch and dinner served with a choice of wine, and complimentary in-flight entertainment, including first-run movies. For just $40 more per flight segment, travellers can upgrade to Sunwing’s Elite Plus service, which features advance seat selection, extra legroom seating, separate check-in and advance boarding at a majority of airports, 30 kg baggage allowance, and recently introduced priority baggage handling.

  1. Our last three trips to Mexico, we have had elite. I must say each time our luggage was always mixed in with the entire plane. One time our bags came off last. Is there anything we can do to insure we get what we paid for?
