A new website was revealed Nov. 12, 2013, offering customers several improvements for booking and managing travel with Canada’s Seriously Northern airline, Canadian North. Customers can now easily search for the type of fare they desire for a week at a time, allowing them to secure the fare that more closely matches the flexibility they require in their travel.
Fares have also been streamlined, now falling into three categories – 1) Saver Fares (lowest fares with less flexibility); 2) Flex Fares (mid-range fares with greater flexibility); and Super Flex Fares (ultimate flexibility for the business traveller).
Additionally, Canadian North has launched an online flight status tool for passengers and those picking people up at the airport that allows them to check the on-time status of departing or arriving flights before heading out.
“We’re pleased to launch these website improvements,” states Peter McCart, vice president of marketing and communications at Canadian North. “The enhancements are based directly on customer feedback, so we look forward to hearing about our customers’ experience with the new site.”
Lastly, the enhanced website now also offers an interactive route map for customers to check Canadian North schedules in real-time, no longer having to consult the traditional printable (PDF) schedule of flights.
These new improvements can be found at www.canadiannorth.com.
