Tracey’s responsibilities include the management of benefit programs, compliance with employment regulations, and oversight of the candidate selection and interview process at FlightSafety’s locations outside of North America.

Prior to joining FlightSafety Tracey worked at the Soldiers’, Sailors’ and Airmen’s Families Association (SSAFA), a charitable organization set up to help former and serving members of the United Kingdom British Armed Forces. She also worked as a Postgraduate School coordinator and administrator at the University of Northumbria, and for National Express as a Human Resources assistant.
“We sincerely appreciate and value the contributions of our Teammate Resources staff. The support they provide our Teammates and their efforts to recruit and retain the very best people, contribute to FlightSafety’s position as one of the most preferred companies to work for in aviation,” added Diana Wheeler.
