Nav Canada announced its traffic figures for the month of January 2014, as measured in weighted charging units for en-route, terminal and oceanic air navigation services, in comparison to the prior fiscal year.
Air traffic in January 2014 increased by an average of 2.4 per cent compared to the same month in 2013.
Fiscal 2014 year-to-date traffic was 2.8 per cent higher than in the prior fiscal year. Nav Canada’s fiscal year runs from Sept. 1 to Aug. 31.
