On Feb. 25, Porter Airlines unveiled one of two Bombardier Q400 aircraft painted with special markings to commemorate the forthcoming Pan Am Games / Parapan Am Games, which will take place in Toronto from July 10-26 and August 7-15, respectively. The design features colourful sport pictograms, which combine to create a pattern that represents the Toronto 2015 Games motto, “United We Play”, which inspires people to come together through sport. The markings are applied to two aircraft.

On hand for the unveiling ceremony at Porter’s Toronto Billy Bishop City Centre Airport (CYTZ) were the honourable David Peterson, chair of TO2015, Said Rafi, chief executive officer of TO2015, and Robert Deluce, president and CEO of Porter Airlines. Porter Airlines is the official Canadian airline for the Pan Am Games and signature supporter of the Toronto 2015 torch relays.
