The Women in Leadership Executive Development Program focuses on developing women’s own leadership style and preparing participants for various leadership roles within the organization over a rigorous 24 months that includes leadership assignments, industry participation, mentoring and education.

Acheson’s program roadmap over the next 24 months includes earning her CRSP designation, education within Leadership and Management, roles within Strategy, Finance, Human Resources, and Operations and representing the company at safety and regulatory related conferences.
