Tunisian Airline Syphax conducts inaugural flight into Montreal

Thursday, April 24th was marked with the Tunisian-based carrier Syphax Airlines beginning weekly flights into Montreal-Trudeau airport with its inaugural flight from Tunis, the capital city of Tunisia. 

The aircraft was greeted by a customary water cannon salute, and will depart 24 hours later on its return flight. Flights will operate with a 278 seat Airbus A330-200, named Al Qods, and marks the first transatlantic destination for the young African airline.
