UND adds FRASCA CRJ and Seminole FTDs to simulator fleet

The University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, has ordered two Frasca Flight Training Devices (FTDs) to add to their existing fleet of over 20 Frasca simulators. The FTDs on order include a CRJ-200 Level 5 FTD and a Seminole Level 5 FTD with G1000 and GFC 700 AP. UND also recently updated several of their FTDs to Level 5 devices.
Don Dubuque, director at the University of North Dakota Aerospace program states, “We have been using Frasca FTD’s for over 40 years.  They have always helped us keep on the leading edge of flight training. Adding these two new devices and upgrading our existing Frasca’s to Level 5 FTDs is the latest step in our fleet improvement plan.  The relationship with Frasca has been like a partnership working together to provide the best products for our students.”
