Vector Aerospace renews agreement with Turboprop East

Vector Aerospace Engine Services – Atlantic, Inc. (ES-A) has renewed its Network Services Agreement with Turboprop East, Inc. based in North Adams, Mass.
 
The network services agreement calls for ES-A to provide Turboprop East, Inc  with comprehensive engine repair and overhaul support for the Pratt & Whitney Canada (P&WC) PT6A and JT15D series engines from its P&WC Distributor and Designated Overhaul Facility (DDOF) located in Summerside, Prince Edward Island, Canada. The work performed in Summerside will be augmented by ES-A’s four  North American service centers, located in Atlanta, Georgia; Calgary, Alberta; Dallas, Texas; and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. ES-A’s  Mobile Repair Team (MRT), which is designed around “Quick Turn Around Times” and is “Travel Ready” 24 hours a day, will also provide full support.
 
Turboprop East, Inc’s director of maintenance, Mark Candiloro says, “Turboprop East, Inc  is the northeast United States largest independent King Air, Piaggio and Citation maintenance facility. Since 1968, we have been offering a broad range of services including aircraft maintenance, avionics and fuel sales. With their extensive repair and overhaul experience on the PT6A and JT15D series engines, ES-A is the ideal company to support Turboprop East, Inc and its customers.”
 
Jeff Poirier, president of ES-A, indicates that ES-A is excited to be renewing its Network Services Agreement with Turboprop East, Inc to support their PT6A and JT15D engine repair and overhaul requirements. “We are confident that ES-A’s repair and overhaul practices coupled with our team of highly trained and professional people will continue to be of exceptional value and benefit to Turboprop East, Inc,” remarks Poirier.
 
Specific terms of the Network Services Agreement include engine repair, hot section inspections, testing, modifications, overhaul services and parts distribution on the PT6A and JT15D series aircraft gas turbine engines.
 
Vector Aerospace holds approvals from some of the world’s leading turbine engine, airframe and avionics OEMs. Engine products supported include a wide range of General Electric, Honeywell, Pratt & Whitney Canada, Rolls-Royce and Turbomeca, (all engine lines including complete test capability).  Vector Aerospace also provides support for a wide range of airframes from Airbus Helicopters, AgustaWestland, Boeing, and Sikorsky, including major inspections and dynamic component overhaul, and offers full-service avionics capability, including complete aircraft rewire plus glass cockpit engineering, development and integration.
