Flight Test Centre of Excellence dba., Certification Center Canada (3C) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with WAAS Aerospace Inc., and their sister company Chrono Aviation to strengthen their aerospace collaboration in Saint-Hubert, QC.
Under the MOU, the companies will extend cooperation to offer a broader range of
aerospace services in Quebec and throughout Canada. Operating out of new facilities at
St-Hubert Airport, the joint offering combines the complementary strengths of WAAS’
AMO and AOC with the certification and flight test services of 3C’s DAO, enabling the
companies to compete on larger and more strategic projects.
