AeroCourse is pleased to announce the launch of the digital versions of the Canadian Instrument Rating Workbook, Canadian Airline Transport Pilot Licence Workbook and Aviation & Meteorology: Weather Fundamentals. This digital option allows the user to access the books using WiFi at any time at their convenience. It is available quickly and easily, no shipping or waiting for delivery required – the student just needs to purchase the books online, they will receive an access code by the next business day. The subscriptions last one year with annual renewal. The books can be accessed on an iPad/tablet, or a computer (2 device maximum) and students can highlight key information, add comments, search for key words, and access answer keys at the touch of a button. This format has a few other key features — for example, links to key websites — and they will receive automatically updated information when an updated version is released. These additional benefits also make it a good companion resource for those who still like the hard paper.

This digital version is a great option to get material to a student quickly and inexpensively. It allows students to access the information to study when on layovers and when studying from distant, hard to reach locations. We have tested this digital version with many students, and it has been very well-received.

AeroCourse president and owner Rick Stevens describes the digital versions “a great opportunity to provide access to resources quickly and efficiently. Many students have indicated they want to accessing material digitally so providing this option is an important step for us. We also see many additional benefits to this platform to add future resources for study”.

You can obtain a copy of this new digital versions on our website, https://aerocourse.com/ for workbooks $59.95 and Aviation & Weather $78.95 with annual subscription renewal of $20.00. AeroCourse materials have been used by students for over 25 years and have become an essential study resource for thousands of pilots across Canada.
