Detailed results of the vote for the election of directors held at the Annual General and Special Meeting on June 23, 2022 in Mississauga, Ontario, are set out below:
Shareholders at the Annual General and Special Meeting also voted in favour of: (i) setting the number directors at nine; (ii) appointing Davidson & Company LLP as auditors; (iii); approving Canada Jetlines’ stock option plan; (iv) approving Canada Jetlines’ Restricted Share Unit Plan; and (v) approving Canada Jetlines’ Performance Share Unit Plan.
