Chicago Jet Group (CJG) has selected the Latitude DL150 Satellite Data Unit as an integral component of its continuing series of upgrade programs for equipping and certifying aircraft in advance of the January 2020 FANS 1/A+ and ATN B1 European Link 2000+ mandates.
The new upgrade program, known as “NextGen ProLink,” is a direct ProLine 4 upgrade that replaces the legacy FMS and GPS.
Incorporating the Universal Avionics Systems Corporation (UASC) Satellite Based Augmentation System (SBAS) Flight Management System and precision GPS supporting the RNP-4 requirement, the inclusive upgrade adds the UL-80x CMU/VDL Mode 2 for CPDLC, the DL150 Satellite Data Unit addressing RCP-240 and RSP-180 performance requirements for PBCS in the NAT Organized Track System and a Universal CVR 120A to record the digital messaging between ATC and the aircraft crew.
The NextGen ProLink upgrade meets the global compliance requirements for the Gulfstream G200, Falcon 50/50EX, and Falcon 2000/2000EX. It the most effective upgrade path for classic Dassault Falcon aircraft models as well as the Gulfstream G200.
Chicago Jet Group is the premier provider of PBCS compliant, data link solutions, avionics upgrades, installation and certification all meeting the required FANS 1/A+ Controller Pilot Data Link Communications (CPDPC), Automatic Dependent Surveillance – Contract (ADS-C) and the European Link 2000+ Data Link Mandates.
Chicago Jet Group has previously incorporated the Latitude DL150 SDU in its extensive list of STCs for Dassault Falcon, Gulfstream, Bombardier Challenger and Boeing Series Aircraft.
