FLYGTA Airlines, Blue Heaven Cafe and the Toronto Buttonville Municipal Airport have announced the grand opening of FLYGTA’s newest executive charter lounge, located at the Toronto Buttonville Municipal Airport in Markham, Ont. FLYGTA now operates scheduled flights from Buttonville into several Ontario destinations including downtown Toronto, the Niagara region, the Waterloo tech triangle, the Muskokas, and the Bruce Peninsula.
FLYGTA’s charter flights provide personalized travel services to any destination in North America, using its fleet of Citation jet executive aircraft. As a full-service airline, FLYGTA offers travel alternatives for the commuter, tourist and aviation enthusiast designed to save time while delivering a travel experience without the headache of a large airport environment. FLYGTA’s focus is on revitalizing the Toronto aircraft charter market through basing several aircraft at the Toronto Buttonville Municipal airport, servicing the tourism industry in the northern GTA region.
FLYGTA’s new passenger lounge and pilot shop provides an upbeat environment designed to cater to the needs of FLYGTA’s clients. Guests are welcomed into an inviting lounge with all the creature comforts including access to ultra-fast wi-fi while planning their next getaway or flight experience.
FLYGTA in partnership with Blue Heaven Café, will be providing designer coffee, espresso, cappuccino and other beverages as part its client services, and soon adding private bars serving cocktails.
The expansion at the Toronto Buttonville Municipal Airport is another step to enhance tourism opportunities within our region. Through the next several weeks, we will continue to execute several initiatives and events which will advance the next generation of tourism and travel in Ontario. FLYGTA’s new services from Buttonville Airport are schedule to begin in August, 2019.
