The Jet Operators Conference provides a great forum for open dialogue between GCS and our customers, which leads to our team finding ways to continually improve and enhance our current and future offerings, said Christi Tannahill, Hawker Beechcraft vice president, GCS. Our team benefits from this interaction and we appreciate our customers taking time to spend a few days providing us with feedback, as well as hearing what new with the company and our industry-leading aircraft.
During the conference, customers heard from current Hawker Beechcraft owners and advocates NASCAR driver Clint Bowyer, CEO of NASCAR Roush Fenway Racing Jack Roush, NASA Astronaut and U.S. Naval Aviator Hoot Gibson, and US Air Force Colonel (RET) John Cromwell, director of quality at the FlightSafety International Hawker Beechcraft Maintenance Learning Center in Wichita.
Hawker Beechcraft also met with its Customer Advisory Board, a group created to generate productive dialogue to guide the company new product development and aftermarket programs. The board is comprised of a variety of HBC customers and non-customers, including corporate, fleet and owner operators, who have extensive operational experience and a commitment to improving
the performance and operations of their aircraft.
