AGI Holdings announces acquisition of Aircraft Appliances and Equipment (AAE) Ltd.

AGI Holdings LLC, an investment affiliate of J.F. Lehman & Company (JFLCO) has announced the recent acquisition of Aircraft Appliances and Equipment Limited (AAE) by one of its wholly owned subsidiaries.
Headquartered in Brampton, Ont., AAE is a provider of proprietary naval filtration systems, marine valves and tachometer generators for the U.S., Canadian and other global defence departments. AAE also provides repair and overhaul services for a range of commercial and military aircraft, submarine, shipboard and ground support equipment.
AGI is a global provider of proprietary situational awareness and LED lighting systems for naval vessels, military and commercial aircraft and military ground vehicles. AGI’s core product lines include naval visual landing systems, wind and speed sensor systems for naval and aviation applications, expeditionary airfield lighting, aircraft and ground vehicle lights and night vision test equipment. 
AGI serves hundreds of customers in over 50 countries, with operating subsidiaries including Aeronautical & General Instruments in Poole, United Kingdom, and Hoffman Engineering in Stamford, Conn.
