Air Transat among top three airlines

Air Transat is proud to be listed as one of the most customer-oriented airlines, according to a recent survey carried out by Protégez-Vous among Quebec consumers.
The Protégez-Vous customer satisfaction survey, which ranked companies according to their customer service, placed Air Transat in the “above-average satisfaction” group, third after Porter and KLM. These airlines were evaluated on various criteria, such as the importance given to clients, staff courteousness, product and service knowledge, timely and efficient service, problem-solving skills, prices, product or service quality, and the overall satisfaction of consumers.
“The client has always been Transat’s first priority, so it’s an honour for us that our brand is among the most loved by consumers who participated in this survey,” said Annick Guérard, president and general manager of Transat Tours Canada. “These results confirm that customer service is at the heart of our culture, and that our attentive, courteous and professional staff set us apart.”
Between March 7 and 28, 2016, more than 3,000 people participated in the customer service survey at DataConso.ca, the Protégez-Vous consumer community. The survey can be viewed online.
