Air North retires Boeing 737-200

Air North recently retired its last Boeing 737-200 aircraft with a final passenger-free flypast. The aircraft was originally built in 1980, and was acquired by Air North in 2002. During its time with the airline, the plane accumulated over 16,000 flight hours and completed 9,337 cycles.

Air North offers passenger, cargo, and charter flights with a fleet of Boeing 737 aircraft and Hawker Siddeley 748 turboprops. Headquartered in Whitehorse, Yukon, the airline connects passengers to British Columbia, Alberta, the Northwest Territories, and Ontario.
