Discovery Air Fire Services Inc. (DAFS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Discovery Air Inc., announced that it has signed a new agreement with the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry (OMNRF) to provide Birddog Aircraft Services and Detection Aircraft Services (including Detection Observers) in support of the OMNRF’s forest fire management requirements.
This new agreement will provide the firefighting teams in Ontario with enhanced capabilities and technology. Our commitment to excellent service and the upgrades to our fleet will allow us to continue our dedicated and professional approach to fire management for the people and resources of Northern Ontario. We are very much looking forward to the provision of services to the OMNRF throughout the next seven years of the contract period.”
