FLYHT Aerospace Solutions Ltd. (FLYHT or the Company) reported it has received a re-issued Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) for the Hawker Beechcraft 700/800/900 model aircraft from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The STC has been re-issued to add the Automated Flight Information Reporting System (AFIRS) 228 to this existing STC.
“We continue to expand and develop the AFIRS 228 STCs to reach popular aircraft types in operation by several of our existing customers as well as prospective customers,” said Matt Bradley, president of FLYHT.
A STC constitutes regulatory approval to modify an aircraft’s design while retaining airworthiness certification and is necessary to permit retrofit installation of aeronautical products such as AFIRS. A full list of FLYHT’s STCs is available on the company’s website.
