Million Air Toronto is the executive flight terminal and service facility (FBO) at the Toronto Buttonville Municipal Airport (CYKZ). Derek Sifton, president, is pleased to announce that during the recent NBAA Trade Show and Convention, the annual Million Air CSR of the Year Award was given to Anuja Shah – a CSR with the Million Air Toronto team. The recipient of this award is selected based upon nominations received from all 26 Million Air FBOs. The award recognizes the commitment to professional service excellence demonstrated by the recipient. This is the first time that a member of the Toronto team has been recognized by Million Air with such an award.
In speaking to the honour that Anuja received, Derek Sifton stated, “being among the top ten busiest airports in Canada, with tenants whose aircraft cover everything from personal GA, through to intercontinental biz jets, air taxi services, private charter, media, medevac and police/government, spread around the entire airport that we control and manage; customer service is required at many levels, on a wide variety of issues and some times, challenges. Just about everything filters through our CSRs at some point in the day and despite the activity and demands, Anuja never falters in her attention to detail nor loses focus on delivering quality service. Ms. Shah truly embraces the Million Air spirit and represents our brand, and that of the network as a whole in manner that is truly commendable. For a young person just getting started in her career, her maturity and demeanor constantly impress us. We are thrilled that Million Air agreed with our comments and nomination and congratulate Anuja on receiving this honour. Our team is very proud of her.”
