After two years, Canada’s business aviation community is coming together at CBAA 2022, June 14 to 16 in Toronto.
“For business aviation operators looking for the tools and information they need to plan the next stage of their recovery and evolution, this is a strong and valuable program,” said CBAA President and CEO Anthony Norejko.
CBAA is proud to feature speakers who are not only leaders in their field, but who are changing how we define aviation – and the people in it. Delegates will hear from USAF Major Brian Shul (Ret), who overcame a life-threatening and horrific crash to return to full flight status, flying the SR-71 Blackbird. They will also find out how a Canadian aviator is leading the transformation to electric aircraft as Harbour Air founder and CEO, Greg McDougall shares his story of piloting the world’s first commercial electric flight and his vision for an all-electric fleet.
Renown experts, including industry analyst, Rolland Vincent, business aviation leadership guru Chris Broyhill and leading aviation educator and author, Dr. Suzanne Kearns will share their unique perspectives on the outlook for business aviation, building a sustainable labour force and more.
Sessions have been designed to respond to the most critical issues that business aviation operators are facing right now, including finding a realistic path to environmental sustainability, avionic tips and tricks, building a sustainable workforce, cybersecurity for business aviation, tax and legal considerations for owners, updates from government regulators and more.
The event also will reconnect OEMs, suppliers and operators with an exhibit and static display at Skyservice FBO South at Toronto-Pearson. As well, the CBAA Hope Air Charity Golf Tournament is back on for Tuesday, June 14, and on Wednesday, the Fun Night tradition will continue at SPIN! Toronto, a ping pong social club with Olympic grade ping pong tables, located in the heart of downtown Toronto.
