The 2015 Montreal Grand Prix is set to roar through city streets June 5 to 7. Considered by many to be the official kickoff to the city’s summer festival season, the race draws about 300,000 people from all over the world during the course of the weekend.

Many of those spectators arrive via Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport—and this year, a special welcome will await visitors to the Innotech Aviation Shell Aerocentre FBO. For the first time, Textron Aviation—together with its Authorized Cessna Citation Sales Representative for Canada, Execaire—will be showcasing three of its most popular business jets and a King Air turboprop to the public all weekend long.

“This is our first time having a static display during the Grand Prix,” explained Kala Huerter, communications specialist at Textron Aviation. “We will have a Cessna Citation Sovereign+ and a Citation CJ4 on hand, both belonging to our customer DAC Aviation, as well as Textron’s Citation X+ and King Air 350i.”

Huerter told Skies that Textron engages customers at several high-profile events, including the Kentucky Derby, the Super Bowl, and numerous big auto races.

Anyone passing through the Innotech Aviation FBO is welcome to stop and see these aircraft, with tours hosted by Mark Gardner and Chris Charnley, Textron’s regional sales directors for Canada, and Harald Maron, Execaire’s regional sales manager.
