KITCHENER, ONTARIO – MHM Publishing, Canada’s largest aviation-only publisher, is pleased to announce that a new reciprocal agreement has been formed between Canadian Skies magazine and the Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (AME) Association of Ontario.

Under the agreement, members of the association – including licensed AMEs across the province, non-licensed personnel working in the industry, students and apprentices, and corporate members – will now receive a complimentary copy of Canadian Skies magazine as a member benefit.

Published six times per year, Canadian Skies magazine was launched to widespread acclaim in September of 2011. Our goal at the time was simple: we wanted to change the way people thought about Canadian aviation. We succeeded! Our fresh approach delivers complete and comprehensive industry coverage, written by leading aviation journalists and packaged with stunning photography. In one short year, we have tripled our distribution to reach 30,000+ industry professionals. Now, our readership will include Ontario’s AMEs.

“We are excited about this opportunity to expand our reach to the AME community,” said Tim Muise, Canadian Skies’ director of sales and marketing. “This type of partnership helps us deliver targeted editorial content and advertising to the correct industry audience, adding value for both readers and advertising partners.”

The AME Association of Ontario (www.ame-ont.com) was founded in 1984. It is a non-profit organization, managed by a volunteer group of Aircraft Maintenance Engineers. The purpose of the association is to promote and enhance the standards of the Aircraft Maintenance Engineer and the aircraft maintenance industry to achieve safety, quality and reliability in aircraft maintenance. The AME Association of Ontario is one of five similar regional associations across Canada.
