Pratt & Whitney Canada (P&WC) has said it will be active at the upcoming National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) annual meeting and convention in Orlando, Fla. It said the P&WC show booth (number 3160) will be staffed by engine experts and aftermarket consultants to answer questions from NBAA participants, while engines on display will include the PT6, PW300, PW500, PW600 and the new PW800.

PT6Nation – the manufacturer’s name for the community of PT6 operators and fans, which revolves around the PT6nation.com microsite – is to be front and centre at the show booth. The company said it launched PT6nation.com almost two years ago to leverage evolving social business networks and bring P&WC brand awareness to potential customers and industry partners. A special PT6Nation kiosk will be located in the P&WC booth.

P&WC will also hold two maintenance and operations (M&O) sessions on Oct. 31 in room S330C of the Orange County Convention Center. The first M&O session will be held at 1 p.m. for P&WC’s family of turbofan engines. The second, for PT6 engines, will begin at 3 p.m.
