FlightSafety announces staffing changes

FlightSafety International has released a number of recent staffing announcements including the appointment of Ralph Lintelman to manager of its Learning Centre in Wilmington, Delaware, and Glenn Hausmann to manager of the its Learning Center at New York’s LaGuardia Airport.
Lintelman will succeed Barry Massey when he retires from FlightSafety at the end of July.

He has consistently demonstrated excellent leadership skills, an in-depth understanding of Customer needs, and the ability to provide the highest quality training and services.”

Ralph joined FlightSafety as an instructor in 1998 at the LaGuardia Learning Center and has held a number of positions with increasing responsibility since then.  They include serving as a Training Center evaluator, director of standards, director of training, and most recently, manager of the LaGuardia Center.
Prior to joining FlightSafety Ralph was a pilot for Excelaire Service Inc. and AirNet Systems. Ralph has more than 5,000 hours in Beechcraft, Gulfstream, Learjet, and Shorts aircraft. He holds an Airline Transport Pilot certificate, is a Certified Flight Instructor as well as a Training Center Evaluator and Check Airman.
Ralph graduated from Thomas Edison State College in Trenton, New Jersey with a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation. He also holds an associate degree in Aerospace Technology from the State University of New York in Farmingdale.
Hausmann succeeds Lintelman in his former position as manager of the LaGuardia Learning Centre.

Glenn joined FlightSafety at the LaGuardia Center in 1999 as an instructor in the Aircraft Dispatcher training program. He served as a simulator and ground instructor and then program manager for Beechcraft 1900 training. Glenn was promoted to assistant director of standards in 2012, and most recently served as director of standards and manager of the Center’s Safety Management System.
He was a First Officer at Chautauqua Airlines and Air Midwest Airlines, a flight instructor at American Flyers, and a dispatch-planning manager at Tower Airlines, prior to joining FlightSafety. 
Glenn has more than 3,500 hours of flight experience, holds an Airline Transport Pilot certificate, and is a certified ground instructor and aircraft dispatcher.  He graduated from Dowling College in Oakdale, New York with a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautics.
