“Canadian turboprop operators have traditionally responded enthusiastically to the many high-powered Engine+ Upgrade STC programs from Blackhawk,” said Jim Allmon, Blackhawk’s president and CEO.

“We are not surprised to have already received several orders in Canada for our newly certified XP67A Engine+ Upgrade for the King Air 350. Adding more available horsepower has elevated the King Air 350 into the world of jet-like performance. This upgrade has maximized the highest levels of safety, performance, value, and flexibility, which lowers operating costs and saves on the bottom line. Operators can safely enjoy the fastest climb times, especially through inclement weather, and the fastest cruise speeds of any King Air on the planet. We remain dedicated to delivering better outcomes for all operators who routinely work in rugged conditions and are pleased to open this program to the Canadian market.”

Blackhawk is currently taking reservations for 2018 delivery positions.
