Edmonton International Airport (EIA) prides itself on providing great experiences for passengers. Now it is moving to the next level and offering new and improved services for its canine friends.
This extraordinary program is the first of its kind in Canada and is a shining example of the innovation required to raise the bar in the airport industry.
After months of consultation with passengers, airlines and, of course, dogs, the airport announced its new Priority Pup Program. The program, which launches on April 1, 2016, offers special priority treatment and services tailored just for pups, including a priority check-in line, stress and anxiety services and lounge access, just to name a few.
“This is the next level of our existing Pet Therapy Program. It just makes sense to rise to this level of customer service,” said Sarah Doodle, manager, Passenger Experience, EIA.
