Flight safety summary released for death of RCAF SAR technician

The Department of National Defence’s Airworthiness Investigative Authority has issued the report From the Investigator in relation to a fatal parachute training accident on March 8, 2017, near Yorkton, Sask., which claimed the life of MCpl Alfred Barr, a Royal Canadian Air Force search and rescue (SAR) technician.
