James Elian appointed president of AirSprint

AirSprint is pleased to announce that James Elian has recently been promoted to president and chief operating officer for the company. In his new role, James will oversee all aspects of AirSprint’s day-to-day operations and implement the strategic direction as determined by the Board of Directors. As part of his new role, James also becomes a member of the Board of Directors.
James started with AirSprint in 2001 as a First Officer and has since held various positions including vice president operations, director of flight operations, chief pilot, special projects manager, flight coordination manager, training captain and most recently as chief operating officer. Throughout his career, James has demonstrated a never-ending commitment to improving the safety and quality of AirSprint’s world-class service for its Fractional Owners. In addition, James has consistently focused on retaining AirSprint’s top industry talent to ensure the company remains an employer of choice.
James is an avid aviation enthusiast and has over 15 years of private aviation experience. James has a diploma in aviation technology from Selkirk College, an MBA from the University of Calgary and a Master of Aeronautical Science degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He also holds an Airline Transport Pilot Licence and is qualified as Captain on Cessna Citation jets.
