The St. John’s International Airport Authority (SJIAA) has announced the appointment of Dennis Hogan, chief executive officer, to the Airports Council International – North America (ACI-NA) board of directors.

This appointment is effective Jan. 1, 2024, extending through 2027.

“I am truly honoured by this appointment,” said Hogan. “Since joining SJIAA approximately one year ago, I have sought opportunities to immerse myself in the aviation industry. I look forward to working with my airport colleagues as we passionately advocate for the collective interest of airports across North America.”

ACI-NA is the voice of North American airports, representing local, regional and state governing bodies that own and operate commercial airports in the United States and Canada.

The Board of Directors is comprised of select members of its executive committee, and 15 directors elected by its membership — 11 representatives from U.S. airports, and four representatives from Canadian airports.

A complete list of the ACI-NA Board of Directors and leadership is available on the ACI-NA website.

This press release was prepared and distributed by the St. John’s International Airport Authority.
